Beginners A

No previous experience is required. The course provides a sequential and accessible basis for an understanding of the yoga system.

Beginners B
A minimum of 10 weeks of Beginners A or equivalent is required. Consolidates poses covered in Beginners A and introduces supported shoulder stand and rudimentary balances.

Level 1
For students who have completed a minimum of ten weeks
of Beginners 2 or equivalent. Consolidates existing knowledge
and introduces supported inversions.

Intro 2 / Level 2
For students who have completed one or more Level 1 courses. Focuses on consolidating inversions and balances. Progresses strength and stamina.

Level 2
For students with a minimum of two years' consistent yoga practice. Advances inversions, backbends and balances.
